Italian crane manufacturer F.lli Ferrari moves to its own Centric PXM solution
F.lli Ferrari is an Italian family owned company specialized in the development and production of advanced cranes for the industrial and agricultural sectors. The company has selected the future ready PXM solution from Centric Software, with implementation led by XSARUS PIM Masters.
Separation requires an independent data approach
The reason for this transition is the separation of F.lli Ferrari from Hyva, an existing XSARUS client. As a result, the Italian company continues independently. Systems, data, and processes that were previously shared are now being redesigned to fit the new situation. F.lli Ferrari is stepping away from the existing PIM environment and requires its own system to manage complex and technical product data. Centric PXM remains the right solution.
Implementation of Centric PXM
XSARUS is responsible for the full implementation of Centric PXM. Existing data is migrated, cleansed, and restructured. The PIM Masters ensure that the new environment aligns with the structure and business goals of F.lli Ferrari.
The focus is on improving data quality and creating a logical structure for attributes and classifications. Product data aligns more effectively with internal processes and external channels. A stable technical foundation is established, including validation of integrations and data flows. XSARUS PIM Masters will also travel to Italy to train key users, enabling them to work effectively with the new system.
Flexibility and control over product data
With the implementation of Centric PXM, F.lli Ferrari gains its own central platform for all product information. This provides full control over setup, management, and further development. The result is greater flexibility and a stronger alignment with internal processes and future ambitions.
