How does Norah create a consistent, recognizable brand experience?

After the brand’s full rebrand, Norah faced an important challenge: how do you translate the renewed brand identity into the online environment? The goal was clear: a fresh, contemporary Norah design that reflects the new brand look and creates a recognizable, consistent brand experience across all channels. This creates one powerful Norah experience, online and in store, further strengthening the brand identity.

Deep dive into the world of Norah

Norah’s knowledge of its audience and customer behavior, combined with XSARUS expertise in design and e-commerce, came together perfectly during the design process. We worked closely together and started with a deep dive into the world of Norah. What are the brand values? Which products does Norah offer? Who are the current and potential customers? Why do they buy from Norah? These insights formed the foundation for the new design.

Why is data essential?

Our UI and UX experts created fresh proposals for typography, color, and layout for the e-commerce platform, using the renewed brand guide as the starting point. To make the right design decisions, we carried out an in depth data analysis. How do the current webshop pages perform? Which elements perform well? We largely kept those as they were. But where performance fell behind, we took the opportunity to improve. An efficient approach with a strong result.

After the redesign, the webshop’s look and feel fully aligns with our renewed brand identity. The result is a lighter, fresher design with a stronger focus on the product and less distraction from color. We are very enthusiastic about the final result and the proactive collaboration with XSARUS.

With the renewed design, Norah’s brand identity is stronger than ever, with a store experience that feels right both online and offline. Norah’s USPs stand out more clearly. This is because every improvement is rooted in Norah’s brand identity and the needs of the customer.
