With the acquisition of Cursum, XSARUS strengthens its position in the enterprise commerce market. XSARUS expands its platform portfolio with HCL Commerce+ and ensures continuity for customers such as Intertoys, Leen Bakker, Kwantum and ERIKS.

Digital commerce agency XSARUS has acquired Cursum B.V., a leading e-commerce agency from Amersfoort specializing in the HCL Commerce+ platform. With the acquisition, XSARUS welcomes fifteen specialists and adds several prominent names to its customer portfolio, including Intertoys, Leen Bakker, Kwantum and ERIKS. With this acquisition, XSARUS builds on more than 26 years of experience in B2B and B2C commerce.

With Cursum, we are bringing in expertise on a platform that is used by many large organizations worldwide. This strengthens our position as an independent digital commerce partner. At the same time, we offer Cursum's customers continuity and access to additional expertise in commerce, PIM, data, AI and online marketing.

Continuity and room for growth

For Cursum's customers, little will change in their day-to-day collaboration. They will retain their familiar points of contact, while Cursum founder Robert Hazeleger will remain responsible for the day-to-day management of the company. At the same time, customers will gain access to XSARUS's broader expertise in digital commerce, PIM, digital marketing, data and AI.

For our customers, I was looking for a partner that offers stability, expertise and opportunities for growth. I found that in XSARUS. The familiar character of the company will remain, while at the same time new opportunities arise to grow and innovate further, both for our customers and our employees.
Robert Hazeleger, Managing Director of Cursum
