How Eijerkamp creates the same experience online as in store

Eijerkamp aims to bring the online customer experience in line with the offline experience. In its physical stores, a lot of attention goes into creating a unique, atmospheric experience for customers. But online, that ultimate Eijerkamp feeling is still missing. That is why Eijerkamp and XSARUS joined forces.

Co-creation: the secret behind the new design

The close collaboration with Eijerkamp was the key to success. Through a series of workshops, we got to the core of the challenge together. Our design team immersed itself in the world of Eijerkamp, including visits to the physical stores. In our view, this is essential to truly understand Eijerkamp customers and their needs. With this strong foundation in place, our design experts got to work. The weekly sessions also played a key role in shaping the new creative design, tailored to customer needs and fully reflecting the Eijerkamp brand.

A unique home experience

The result? A unique home experience that truly comes alive on screen. The offline stores and the online webshop are aligned again. The look, atmosphere, and overall experience are clearly felt online. Customers now experience a consistent brand feeling, no matter where or how they interact with Eijerkamp. It feels right.

The collaboration throughout this project was very intensive, which clearly improved both the end result and delivery speed. It was great to work together from a marketing and visual perspective, as well as from a technical one. A special experience with a beautiful outcome.
